Social Media Content Manager Job at Transformer Table

You will be in charge of our organic marketing campaign strategy across our social media channels. Your primary responsibility will be to grow our social media presence, by creating fun and engaging content showcasing our products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage social media marketing and influencer marketing strategies;
  • Build analytics, and create monthly reports on key metrics;
  • Strategize content ideas, while executing a results-driven social media strategy;
  • Collaborate and manage our Social Media Content Producer to publish engaging content through text, images, and video, while building meaningful connections with our customer base;
  • Increase brand awareness on our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Youtube;
  • Maintain a unified brand voice across all social media channels, while ensuring content alignment with brand image;
  • Monitor social media channels and conduct market research to identify industry best practices and trends;
  • Stay up-to-date with latest trends, and use findings to come up with creative content ideas for Reels and TikTok, showcasing our products;
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team in the creation and execution of a social media content calendar;
  • Plan lives, giveaways, and engage with customers via our various social media platforms;
  • Attend photo and video shoots and produce live social media content.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field;
  • 3-4 years experience in Social Media Marketing is a must;
  • Ability to deliver creative content, via text, image and video;
  • Knowledge of social media planning tools is a plus (Later, Planoly, SproutSocial);
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
  • Outstanding project management skills;
  • Detail oriented with a keen eye for detail.
