Requirements:
- Full cycle recruitment
- Phone Screen, Interview, and Work closely with candidates,
- Cold Call, Meet and enhance client relationships.
- Some admin tasks include logging calls, building resumes, and posting on LinkedIn.
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a recruiter, sales, or customer service setting.
- Go-to attitude with no fear of rejection.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Must be tech savvy
