We carry leading brands such as JCB, Krone, Manitou, Deutz Fahr, JBS, Bunning, Arcusin and Penta. Our mission is to provide quality equipment and build relationships with our customers that stand the test of time.

Our Ponoka, AB location has an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our organization as a Parts Technician. This position will be responsible for sourcing parts for customers and service technicians, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales and profitability. This role works very closely with, and reports to the Parts Manager.

What does the role look like?

• As an outgoing, customer focused individual, you will assist customers in sourcing and providing the parts they require
• Assist the Noble Equipment service technicians in locating their parts requirements, and sourcing the parts.
• Ensuring parts inventories are accurate
• Receiving parts from suppliers
• Marketing parts department product offerings to meet sales goals
• Proactively contacting customers to determine needs
• Ensuring that we are delivering exceptional service to our customers
• As our customers work long hours in the busy season, we do too, to support them!

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Parts Technician (preferably in the agricultural field, but not required)
• Someone who has a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Experience in a fast-paced shop
