What you’ll do:

• Provide support, guidance and training in building Delmanor’s brand awareness in the greater community, creating/implementing/nurturing partnerships and sales strategy
• Mentor Community Relations Managers (CRM) to hone their outreach skills and provide guidance in planning outreach events/sponsorships
• Produce metrics and analyze them to determine success, and create best practices to achieve the set goals
• Identify and report gaps with the processes for outreach and in-house events
• Other duties as required
• What you bring:-

What you bring:

• Strong customer service, and community relationship building experience
• Experience in coaching, mentoring and training on best practices, negotiation and event management in relation to community outreach
• Strong understanding and experience with B2B relationships, B2B prospecting and B2B cold calling
• Experience working with older adults
• Strong organizational and event planning skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities and effectively plan and manage events
• Ability to communicate effectively one on one and in a group setting, including public speaking
• Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Contact Management Software)
