Atlantic Canada’s Fastest-Growing Auto Group has an immediate opening for an evening/ weekend Online Chat Specialist at Shift Auto Group, based out of Fredericton, NB, and consists of Volvo Cars New Brunswick, Fredericton Mitsubishi, five ReCar locations in Fredericton, Moncton, Saint John, Woodstock and Stratford, PEI, 3 St. Croix Auto locations in Fredericton, St. Stephen, and St. George and Velocity Autobody. Shift Auto Group is a family-owned business that has grown from 12 team members and one location in 2015 to 10 locations and over 100 team members today.

You can work remotely but the expectation is you must have access to a strong internet connection and computer during those working hours. You will also be expected to be in the office at least once a month. Please only apply if you are willing to commute to our head office in Fredericton, NB. This role will cover 15-20 hours weekly, on weekends and evenings only.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Answering customers through our many online chat services while maintaining excellent customer care.

• Careful monitoring of our CRM system to make sure no opportunity goes unnoticed or unassigned.
• Booking appointments for customers.
• Taking credit apps from customers for vehicle advisors.

• Assisting in any other weekend duties or projects management requires at the time

The ideal candidate for this position will:

• Have an interest in the automotive industry
• Have a valid driver’s license
