Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Mill Hand on a permanent full-time basis at our Feed Plant in Moosomin, SK.

What you’ll do:
You will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintenance, and assisting with shipping/receiving at the Feed Plant.
- You will operate production equipment (ex. Pellet mill, mixer, hammer mill, block press, and bagger) in accordance with schedules, GMP/HACCP, and Safety standards/guidelines ensuring all documentation is completed fully and accurately.
- You will be responsible for the maintenance of good housekeeping for plant, ensuring general clean-up during and prior to next shift.
- You will report all needs for maintenance and any unsafe operating conditions to Feed Plant Supervisor.
- You will assist Shipper in assembling orders for shipment.
- You will assist in handling incoming ingredients or product for resale and place in stock
- You will assist in inspecting incoming trucks for signs of possible sources of contamination and that documentation is received.
- You will assist in the performance of daily production service maintenance duties when required.
- You will perform other duties as assigned

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Production, Trades and Maintenance and:
- You have a Grade 12 Diploma (or equivalent).
- You have a minimum of one year of related experience. Six months of directly related feed mill (production) experience preferred.
- You’re comfortable with shift work, climbing heights, and working in an industrial setting.
- You must be able to lift 20kg’s repetitively and work with dust, dairy, soy, and gluten.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
