Job Description

  • Conduct on-site evaluations and analysis of environmental conditions, including soil, vegetation, and site contouring characteristics.
  • Conduct Remediation and Reclamation site work
  • Assess reclamation success on various reclaimed oil and gas well sites throughout Alberta
  • Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies and landowners.

Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:

  • 5 -10 years of reclamation and remediation experience
  • Experience communicating with rural landowners
  • Expert knowledge of Alberta Environmental Criteria and Guidelines
  • Experience in Project Management in managing upstream oil and gas projects is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Available to travel (field employees only)
  • Degree or Diploma in Environmental, Natural or Soil Sciences
  • Valid Alberta drivers license
  • Professional status or eligibility for professional status with APEGA, AIA, or ASPB.
