More about the Role:
The Financial Advisor role will focus on advising these clients with a unique step by step process of helping them rebuild and re-establish their credit history through the financing of a car loan. The Financial Advisor will provide a detailed credit consultation for the client as well as working through budgets, needs and wants when it comes to selecting a vehicle. The primary role for the Financial Advisor is to secure financing for the client and the match the appropriate vehicle with the terms and conditions of the financing.
We are are looking for candidates that have the following traits or experience:
- Self-motivated
- People skills - you love meeting new people and can hold a conversation with anybody
- Extremely well organized (paperwork, vehicle deliveries etc)
- Time management skills
- High energy
- Entrepreneurial (able to see themselves as a 'business' within a business)
- Business acumen - be able to communicate professionally with clients
- Coachability - extremely important to be able to learn new sales ideas within a 'clean slate'
- Competitive - strive to be the top 'earner' among their team
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail, Google Suite and CRM experience
- Post Secondary Education preferred but not required
- The applicant must meet these mandatory requirements:
- Clean criminal background check (Canada and International)
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Proficiency in English, written and verbal.
