You will communicate and interact with our clients regularly to maintain, adjust, and process claims and policies related to personal lines and commercial insurance. This is a service position/role with sales opportunities where the desire to learn and grow is rewarded.

On the Day-to-Day:
- Service personal lines accounts including rating of renewal and new risks.
- Solicit new Personal lines policies from existing and new accounts and provide accurate quotations.
- Assist in the renewal process of personal lines and commercial policies to include coverage review; recommendations and preparation of all renewal documents for delivery.
- Process accurate documentation on our broker management system as well as company portals.
- Support clients through the claims process.
- Offer advice and solutions to assist clients in protecting their most valued assets whether it be their home, automobile, business, farm or recreational vehicles.
- Comfortable using multiple computer and data management systems.
- Entrench and deliver on the Allen Insurance Group core values.
