Our client, a leader in the design and marketing of aerospace equipment, is looking for someone like you to join their team located in Mirabel.

- Salary between $52,000 and $70,000.00/year;
- Daytime schedule (Monday to Friday);

Job Description:
The service and supply coordinator is the customer's preferred contact for all product delivery requests. He/she is a liaison agent in charge of routing deliveries to the customer in quantity, quality, cost and time in accordance with the needs expressed by the customer.
Your responsibilities:
- Receive customer quote request;
- Provide a price according to a predefined catalog and a leadtime in consultation with the supply teams;
- Make connections with internal people to see what parts are requested and if they can be sent to customers;
- Exploit MRP results and manage shipments to customers;
- Manage OTD/OQD/Cost control objectives related to its business portfolio;
- Ensuring "on time" deliveries to customers;
- Ensure the correct invoicing of deliveries;
- Realize the performance indicators according to the defined frequencies;
- Identify actions to improve the quality of service.
Training:
- Education level: DEC or Baccalaureate
-Area of Specialization: Supply Chain Management
-Ability to communicate fluently in English
Required Skills :
-Supply chain management, customer service, invoice tracking;
-IT - Excel, MS Office, SAP (an asset);
- Languages - French (fluent) English (fluent);
-Know how to interact with customers in an emergency context;
-Autonomy, ability to adapt, knowing how to be structured and reactive, knowing how to be synthetic;
-Know how to be rigorous and coordinate several services;
-Ability to communicate in fluent English.
