ROLE

Contribute as a team member in support of our Owners, our clients, and fellow co-workers. As an Estimator for Rosati you will attend pre-bid meetings/ job walk through’s and investigate project sites. We expect you to review and understand all construction documents, specifications, addenda, bid documents and geotechnical reports. Must be able to perform complete and accurate material take-offs, and prepare sub-trade tender requirements and request for quotes. The Estimator is responsible for estimates for labor, material, equipment and sub-trade.

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIRMENTS

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Construction Estimating

- Good organizational skills, detailed oriented, superior analytical skills.

- Strong Excel and computer skills including all MS Office programs

- Strong Communication skills, both oral and written
