Are you an upbeat professional with a passion for recruitment? We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Campus Recruitment Advisor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in campus recruitment and a desire to help students and new graduates as they start their career.
What You Will Do:

Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent from universities and colleges across Canada.

Cultivate positive relationships with faculty, staff, and student organizations to increase brand awareness and drive candidate referrals.

Ensure that the campus program, is well organized and that the ambassador team is prepared to support it when required.

Implement and deliver the Enbridge student programs through on-campus events, such as information sessions and job fairs, to engage with prospective candidates.

Serve as an active and visible Enbridge brand ambassador on campus and host student engagement events.

Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and make recommendations for hiring.

Foster relationships with new hires and support their integration into the organization.

Stay current on market trends and best practices in campus recruitment and make recommendations for improvements.

Manage the budget for related partnerships and events.

As a champion of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, encourage courageous conversations and promote an inclusive environment.

Influence business leaders to create entry level program opportunities for students and new graduates.

Track and report on metrics related to Campus recruitment, assessing the program's effectiveness and finding opportunities for improvement.
Who You Are:

You have a post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

You have at least 4 years of related experience, with a focus on campus recruitment, and a proven track record of success.

You are a strong communicator, with phenomenal interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

You have an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You are familiar with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools (Workday experience is an asset).

You have a sound understanding of labour laws and regulations.

You are able to travel (up to 20%).
