Are you an upbeat professional with a passion for recruitment? We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Campus Recruitment Advisor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in campus recruitment and a desire to help students and new graduates as they start their career.
What You Will Do:
  • Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent from universities and colleges across Canada.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with faculty, staff, and student organizations to increase brand awareness and drive candidate referrals.
  • Ensure that the campus program, is well organized and that the ambassador team is prepared to support it when required.
  • Implement and deliver the Enbridge student programs through on-campus events, such as information sessions and job fairs, to engage with prospective candidates.
  • Serve as an active and visible Enbridge brand ambassador on campus and host student engagement events.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and make recommendations for hiring.
  • Foster relationships with new hires and support their integration into the organization.
  • Stay current on market trends and best practices in campus recruitment and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage the budget for related partnerships and events.
  • As a champion of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, encourage courageous conversations and promote an inclusive environment.
  • Influence business leaders to create entry level program opportunities for students and new graduates.
  • Track and report on metrics related to Campus recruitment, assessing the program's effectiveness and finding opportunities for improvement.
Who You Are:
  • You have a post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • You have at least 4 years of related experience, with a focus on campus recruitment, and a proven track record of success.
  • You are a strong communicator, with phenomenal interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • You have an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are familiar with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools (Workday experience is an asset).
  • You have a sound understanding of labour laws and regulations.
  • You are able to travel (up to 20%).
