CELTIC AND ELDORADO CONSTRUCTION LTD Williams Lake, BC

The Celtic Group of Companies is looking for an expereinced and dynamic bookkeeper to join their administration team. We operate in a multi company environment, working with several industries and professions. Our office operates Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, except Statutory holidays.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Adminstrative Assistant
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll
  • Government Remittances
  • Banking
  • Reports
  • Answering phones

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A certificate or degree in bookkeeping
  • A minimum of 2 years of previous bookkeeping experience in a professional environment
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and all Microsoft Office programs
  • Great interpersonal skills that enable the Bookkeeper to clearly and effectively communicate with other employees
  • The ability to work on multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines
  • The ability to communicate complex financial data with other members
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Attention to detail
  • A strong ability to take direction
  • Familiarity with the general principles of accounting
  • A strong understanding of math and numbers
  • A commitment to professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
