The Ministry of Jobs, Economic Development and Innovation (JEDI) manages government services that help support and maintain the strong and diverse economy that British Columbians need for long-term prosperity. The Manager oversees the division’s customer relationship management system (CRM – Salesforce) which plays a critical role in the collection and management of the data that supports the ministry's performance management program and stakeholder engagement.

The Manager, Technology and Performance Metrics supports the ministry’s performance management and monitoring frameworks. This includes the development of performance measures and targets to measure the effectiveness of the ministry’s activities, both in B.C. and abroad, in achieving its objective of industry development and increasing international investment and trade opportunities in British Columbia.

Job Requirements:

University degree and a minimum of two (2) years of recent, related experience in all of the following:

  • Experience managing multiple projects or leading a component (e.g., sub-project) of a major project.
  • Experience managing relationships with senior level stakeholders and/or leading consultation sessions.
  • Experience managing Client Relationship Management applications.
  • Experience in directing the work of other project managers, professional employees, and/or consultants.
    • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Preference may be given to candidates with one or more of the following:

  • Supervisory experience
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
  • Experience in budget management, procurement.
